Picasa is great for organizing your photo albums, rearranging your photos first, and creating fun projects like videos and collages. Aside from being free, the beauty of Picasa is that it is comprehensive and easily accessible. It does not offer much more advanced settings, but the editing tools are easy to use and fully customizable for users who want a little bit of flexibility. The interface is intuitive and gives you instant access to all the features of the program.
