We believe in God and have faith in god. Taking huge amounts of medicines and not recovering form diseases has dashed down the hope to improve from diseases in the patients. Physicians of today have lesser respect for role of RELIGION IN MEDICINE. So they dismiss any dimensions of the healing process that are outside the domain of their wonder drugs. My practice is based on the fact that STRONG BELIEF IN GOD AND HOPE helps win half of the battle for the patient suffering with any disease. SO I RECOMMEND TO MY PATIENTS:-

TO HAVE STRONG FAITH IN GOD WHO WILL CURE THE DISEASE

CREATE HOPE IN PATIENTS AND HELP THEM TO SUSTAIN IT

In our practice we have found that about 50% of all symptoms of our most of the patients are due to inactivity. Our ancestors used to move for about 15 to 16 hours a day. Most persons used to do physical labor and work. But now our life has become sedentary and most of the times we are traveling in our cars or sitting on our chairs at our work place. That is the reason that our ancestors were healthier as compared to us.

We encourage physical activity in our patients and we advise on average about 1-2 hours of physical activity in their routine life and at least 20 minutes of brisk walking or ~WOGGING~ (WALKING+JOGGING)..
