The vaccine is prepared in compounding pharmacy according to test reports/result of each patient and once prepared the same is not use for any other patient. So no refund will be given after issuance of vaccines to the patient. However, if any damage /break, delay/non delivery of vaccine or any other issue arise by post/courier service. The vaccine will be replaced in fresh one.

The consultation fee paid through account after consultation to doctor / physician, the fee will never be refunded.

How we remain guide/reply attends the patient calls and resolves the issue. In case of any issue/problem please call on UAN 111-160-160 from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
